We are looking for reliable, hardworking Property Maintenance & Landscaping Personnel to maintain a variety of residential and commercial properties in and around Red Deer, Alberta.

This is a great chance for someone who enjoys variety, outdoor work, and hands-on maintenance throughout the seasons. Job Duties

Responsibilities will include a variety of outdoor property maintenance and landscaping tasks, including:

- Landscaping and general grounds maintenance
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
- Weed control and garden/flower bed maintenance
- Planting and seasonal landscaping work
- Yard clean-up and debris removal
- Litter and garbage clean-up
- Property clean-up and general exterior maintenance
- Snow removal, shovelling, and clearing walkways
- Ice management and other winter maintenance
- Maintaining properties to a clean and presentable standard




- Traveling between various job sites in and around Red Deer
- Reporting maintenance issues or property concerns
- Other general landscaping and property maintenance duties as required

✅ Requirements
- Valid driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Own reliable vehicle to travel to job sites
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of outdoor, hands-on work
- Comfortable working in changing weather conditions
- Landscaping, lawn care, property maintenance, or snow removal experience is an asset
