Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets through effective coaching and supervision.
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, marketing initiatives, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Manage payroll, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff members to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards.
- Monitor store performance metrics, prepare budgets, and conduct financial analysis to optimize profitability.
- Foster a welcoming environment by maintaining excellent communication skills,



phone etiquette, organizational skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Skills

- Proven experience in retail management or store management with strong supervising experience.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for team management and training & development.
- Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Proficient in POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, and basic math skills for accurate financial transactions.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills for efficient time management and administrative responsibilities.
- Experience in marketing initiatives, interviewing candidates, budgeting processes, and implementing sales strategies.
