Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Gestionnaire de Projets TI Senior pour un contrat d’une durée de 18 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.
MANDAT
- Coordonner le diagnostic, la vision cible et la gouvernance du programme
- Piloter de front 2 à 3 projets majeurs en maîtrisant portée et échéanciers
- Prioriser la feuille de route selon les orientations stratégiques
- Mobiliser les différentes parties prenantes d'affaires et technologiques
- Encadrer des ressources externes au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire
- Œuvrer dans un environnement sur Scrum, Kanban, DAD ou SAFe, hybride
PROFIL
- 15+ années d'expérience en technologies de l'information (TI)
- 5+ ans Gestionnaire de Projets TI Senior durant les 10 dernières années
- Expérience significative en transformation numérique à grande échelle
- Aisance à évoluer dans des environnements organisationnels complexes
- Connaissance des méthodologies Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) et hybrides
- Habileté à préparer des dossiers décisionnels pour la haute direction
- Autonomie et sens aigu des priorités dans un contexte évolutif
- Certification PMP (atout)
- BAC en informatique, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe
- Français requis, Anglais étant un atout

- Work in an setting based on Scrum, Kanban, DAD or SAFe, hybrid
PROFILE
- 15+ years of experience in information technology (IT)
- 5+ years as a Senior IT Project Manager in the last 10 years
- Significant experience in large-scale digital transformation
- Comfortable working in complex, multi-sector environments
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and hybrid
- Skilled at preparing decision-making materials for senior leadership
- Autonomous with a strong sense of priorities in an evolving context
- PMP Certification (asset)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration or a related field
- French required, English as an asset
