Build Your Career in Sponsorship Sales MLSE is building the inaugural class of our Global Partnerships Sales Academy - a structured development program designed to develop the next generation of sponsorship sales professionals. This 24-month program is built for ambitious, curious and highly motivated individuals who want to build a career generating recent business for one of the most recognized sports and entertainment organizations in the world.

As part of the Partnership Development team, you will learn how corporate partnerships are sold - from identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with senior decision-makers to developing integrated sponsorship solutions and supporting commercial negotiations.

Working across MLSE's portfolio of world-class sports teams, venues and entertainment properties, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the sales process while receiving structured coaching, mentorship, and professional development from experienced partnership sales leaders.

Responsibilities Business Development

- Support the Partnership Development team in generating new sponsorship revenue across MLSE's portfolio.
- Identify, research and qualify prospective corporate partners across a wide range of industries.
- Build and manage prospect lists using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases and market intelligence.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, networking events and social selling to generate qualified meetings.
