- Prepare and submit monthly invoices for relocation service providers.
- Validate vendor invoicing against approved pricing schedules and audit all processed invoices.
- Manage domestic tax reporting and respond to employee CRA-related inquiries.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance service effectiveness.

As a Team Player & Collaborator

- Work seamlessly across internal teams (Compensation, Payroll, Talent, HR Partners) and external suppliers to ensure coordinated service delivery.
- Provide back-up coverage and support during peak periods.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Support compliance with internal control requirements (privacy, information security, etc.).

What do you need to succeed? Experience & Education

- 2–4 years in a global mobility, relocation, or HR operations role.
- 2+ years of experience in operational, financial, or business functions (reconciliation, vendor management, account balancing).
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Preferred: CERC, CGMP, or Licensed Immigration Consultant certification.
