Duties

- Operate and maintain a variety of farm machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and seeding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools using power tools and hand tools to prevent breakdowns and extend machinery lifespan.
- Assist with seeding,spraying , fertilizing, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections equipment to identify issues early and coordinate repairs or adjustments.
- Handle heavy lifting tasks such as moving supplies, equipment parts,



or harvested crops safely and efficiently.
- Support general farm operations by maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating or repairing farm machinery and equipment
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks using power tools and hand tools confidently.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged outdoor work, and operating heavy equipment safely.
- Strong basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to planting or harvesting schedules.
- Familiarity with farm machinery operation including tractors, harvesters, or similar equipment is preferred.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to farm maintenance and crop production; a proactive attitude is essential.
