? We're hiring our first GTM & Sales Leader at Kavodax.
This isn't a traditional sales role.
Kavodax is building stablecoin issuance and cross-border payment rails. We already have:
- FINTRAC MSB registration
- Bank of Canada PSP registration
- An existing customer pipeline
Now we're looking for the person who will build the GTM engine from 0→1.
What you'll ownYou'll have a broad mandate across:
- Enterprise GTM strategy and segmentation
- Positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Customer acquisition and strategic partnerships
- Channel development
- Pricing, packaging, and revenue models
- Market intelligence and direct input into the product roadmap
- Building and leading the GTM team as we scale beyond founder-led sales
Who we're looking forWe're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years in GTM, product marketing, or commercial leadership across stablecoins, cross-border payments, crypto, or digital assets
- A track record of scaling GTM to $M+ in ARR
- Hands-on experience personally driving revenue or adoption outcomes for a stablecoin or digital asset product
- A robust understanding of stablecoin adoption, liquidity, and the regulatory landscape
- Experience across fintech, payments,
crypto infrastructure, or financial services
- Experience launching and scaling B2B or platform products at an early stage
- The ability to move between strategy and execution — there's no team to delegate to yet
Why this role is differentThis is a genuine 0→1 founding role.
You'll be writing the GTM playbook, not inheriting one. You'll work directly with the founding team, shape the product through customer feedback, and have meaningful ownership over how we build the company.
Location: Toronto (hybrid) or remote
Compensation: Salary + commission + equity
