Massage Addict Okotoks is looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-focused Guest Service Administrator (GSA) to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a GSA, you are often the first and last point of contact for our guests and play an important role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

The position offers approximately 10–30 hours per week, with scheduling based on clinic needs and candidate availability. Availability for a combination of daytime, evening and weekend shifts is an asset.

What You'll Do

As a Guest Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

- Warmly welcoming guests and creating a positive, professional clinic experience
- Answering incoming phone calls, emails and guest inquiries
- Booking, modifying and managing appointments
- Processing payments and completing end-of-shift administrative duties
- Educating guests about Massage Addict services, treatments and membership options
- Supporting membership sales and helping guests select services that best meet their needs
- Managing practitioner schedules and helping maximize appointment availability
- Completing reminder calls and following up with guests when appropriate
- Maintaining accurate guest information and clinic records
- Supporting daily clinic operations, including laundry and maintaining clean, organized guest and staff areas
- Working collaboratively with Registered Massage Therapists and other healthcare practitioners
- Helping resolve guest concerns in a professional and service-oriented manner




- Contributing to clinic goals related to guest satisfaction, retention, memberships and overall performance

- Comfortable completing light cleaning, laundry and other operational duties as required
