Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Handyman professional for our various commercial heritage buildings in downtown Victoria BC.

In this role, you will be responsible for addressing a wide range of repair needs, performing preventive maintenance, repair projects, small renovations, gutter cleaning and more.

Some jobs are on a set schedule while some are based on tenant inquiries.

A wide variety of tools will be available to you as well as access to commercial accounts for tool rental and purchase.

Duties

- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across facilities, including basic plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and other jobs.
- Conduct routine inspections.
- Manage a small team for jobs involving multiple people.




- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients, providing excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities to support compliance and operational planning.

Staring wage is $30 per hour. Hours per week will vary as jobs become available. A vehicle is required for this job. Parking as needed will be reimbursed fully.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 40.0 per week
