We are currently partnered with a leading organization to identify a Facility Manager to join their team in Winnipeg. The Facility

Manager will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio across multiple locations and facility types. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems and working closely with clients, vendors, contractors and internal teams. The position is based in Winnipeg, with responsibility for facilities across the region and travel to various locations as required.

Corporate offices • Telecom facilities • Data centres • Oversee day-to-day facility operations across an assigned portfolio • Coordinate maintenance, repairs and facility-related services • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors,



contractors and internal stakeholders • Investigate facility-related problems and develop practical solutions • Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors • Support preventative maintenance programs and ongoing facility requirements • Monitor service delivery, costs and overall facility performance • Conduct site visits and travel to various locations as required • Support facility projects and other operational initiatives • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure facilities are operating safely and effectively We are open to Facility Managers at different stages of their careers, ideally within a Level 1–3 environment. Previous experience in facilities management, building operations, property operations or a related environment is preferred.

Experience across corporate, telecom, data centre, warehouse or retail environments would be an asset.
