Our client is seeking a Heavy Equipment Technician / Heavy Duty Mechanic to join their growing team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a fleet of heavy equipment to ensure maximum uptime and reliability. This position is an existing vacancy and is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, solving mechanical problems, and working on a variety of heavy equipment.

While the preference is for a candidate interested in a mobile mechanic/field service role, experienced shop mechanics will also be considered. Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and machinery. Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and scheduled servicing.

Identify and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine issues. Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Respond to equipment breakdowns and service calls in both shop and field environments.





Maintain accurate maintenance and service records. Adhere to company safety policies and industry best practices.

Heavy Equipment

Technician (Heavy Duty Mechanic) Certification. NDT Certification. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship. 1-5+ years of heavy equipment maintenance and repair experience. ~ Previous experience as a mobile mechanic or field service technician. ~ Experience diagnosing hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine, and mechanical systems. ~ Familiarity with construction, earthmoving, or heavy industrial equipment.

Eager to learn and continue developing their technical skills. Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist in screening and assessing applicant for this position.
