Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hindi Speaking Health Care Aide to join our team, providing vital support to individuals in need of personal care and assistance. Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
- Support patients with medication administration according to prescribed schedules and protocols
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental well-being




- Help with transfers and heavy lifting using proper techniques to ensure safety for both client and caregiver
- Document care activities accurately and communicate any changes in health status to supervising healthcare professionals

Requirements

- Proven experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments
- Solid background in patient care, senior care, dementia care, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of caregiving tasks
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi; proficiency in English is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
- Valid certification as a health care aide or equivalent; additional certifications related to caregiving are advantageous
