- Prepare individual customer orders using our base gravies
- Prepare a variety of vegetarian Indian dishes
- Prepare appetizers and other menu items
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Work efficiently during busy hours Requirements:
- Previous Indian restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- Must be comfortable preparing vegetarian dishes * À la carte cooking experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
