Responsibilities

- Perform customized holistic massage treatments using various techniques such as Chinese Tuina, Japanese Shiatsu, deep tissue, Acupressure, Trigger point work and muscle work to meet individual client needs.
- Assess client conditions and health histories to tailor massage sessions effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space that adheres to health and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, benefits, and aftercare instructions to enhance their experience.
- Promote wellness services and educate clients on self-care practices to support their holistic health journey.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually improve skills and service quality.





Qualifications

- Proven experience as a massage therapist with a strong understanding of holistic health principles.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions.
- Communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a calming, positive environment.
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy program; licensure or registration as required by local regulations.
- Ability to listen actively and adapt treatments based on client feedback and needs.
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with energy healing modalities or additional holistic therapies.
