Experience

- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with food service operations in a restaurant or hotel setting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using POS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries and reservations professionally.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others create enjoyable experiences is highly valued.
