Hooklift Driver Position

- Compensation: $25–$30/hr
- Type: Full Time

Couto Construction, an award-winning family-run company serving Massachusetts and Rhode Island, is looking for a reliable Driver. Join our team and play a key role in keeping our job sites clean, safe, and running efficiently. Responsibilities

- Deliver and pick up containers from job sites
- Dispose of container contents safely and responsibly
- Load and unload materials needed for job sites
- Sign inventory in and out accurately
- Communicate effectively and follow direction from the inside production team
- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds without assistance

Requirements

- Current DOT card (must be up-to-date)
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment
