About Island View Clean

Island View Clean is a professional, women-owned cleaning company. We started on Salt Spring Island and have been serving our community for the past 10 years. We’ve recently expanded to Sidney, Saanich, and Victoria.

We use modern technology and systems to make things easier for both our clients and our cleaning team. We’re committed to providing great service while creating a supportive and positive place to work.

What We Offer

Great Pay: $33–$42/hour, with higher rates for specialized cleans such as move-in/move-outs, deep cleans, and post-construction.

What We’re Looking For

- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience
- Reliable, hardworking, and proud of your work
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Two professional references
