Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and maintain supplies needed for cleaning tasks while ensuring eco-friendly practices are followed
- Organize cluttered areas to optimize space and enhance overall home aesthetics
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client preferences and addressing specific cleaning requests with professionalism




- Communicate effectively with clients to schedule appointments and confirm cleaning requirements
- Maintain safety standards by using cleaning equipment properly and adhering to health protocols at all times

Experience

- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus for serving diverse clients
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and basic hospitality practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Demonstrated reliability and a positive attitude towards customer service and teamwork
