Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across all designated areas, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to perform custodial tasks efficiently and consistently
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health regulations
- Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity




- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance
- Address guest or staff concerns promptly, resolving issues related to cleanliness or service quality
- Implement best practices for commercial cleaning procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Experience

- Proven custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety standards
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a housekeeping or custodial setting preferred
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment, supplies, and protocols
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills to lead teams and coordinate with other departments
