Play a key leadership role overseeing property management, leasing operations, and portfolio strategy. Lead the overall operational, financial, and leasing performance of a residential rental portfolio. Provide strategic direction and oversight to Regional Property Managers and site teams.

Own annual operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and portfolio financial performance. Oversee contractor agreements, vendor relationships, capital planning, and preventative maintenance programs. Collaborate with marketing teams to align leasing campaigns, resident engagement initiatives, and lease-up strategies.

Drive team development through coaching, performance management, and leadership support. Utilize property management systems and reporting tools to support data-driven decision making and portfolio performance.



8-12 years of progressive experience in residential property management, multi-family operations, or real estate asset management. ~ Minimum 5 years of leadership experience overseeing property management teams or multi-site portfolios. ~ Experience managing residential portfolios of 500+ units across multiple assets. ~ Robust background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and capital planning. ~ Experience leading and developing Property Managers, Regional Property Managers, Leasing Professionals, and Building Operations teams. ~ Strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation, building operations, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. ~ Experience with Yardi Voyager or comparable property management software. ~ Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Experience collaborating with marketing teams on leasing campaigns and resident engagement initiatives is highly preferred.
