Job Summary
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the Human Resources Coordinator provides in office HR support to the Strescon Bedford operation, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and performance support activities. As the primary HR presence on site, this role supports employees and leaders in a mixed salaried and unionized environment while partnering closely with the HR Business Partner remotely. The successful candidate will bring an operational mindset, strong judgment, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to support diverse employee needs.
