What You'll Bring 5–6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including HR management responsibilities Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence teams across all levels of the organization Strong knowledge and practical experience with employment laws, workplace policies, and HR best practices Experience managing employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities A proactive,
