This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting organizational success across a growing college with 11 campus locations.

Reporting to the Vice President, People & Strategy, the HR Manager will provide strategic HR leadership across areas including:

- Recruitment and selection
- Labour relations
- Performance management
- Learning and development
- Job evaluation and succession planning
- Policy and collective agreement administration
