HVAC Installation Field Supervisor / Lead Installer

Are you an experienced HVAC installer ready to take the next step?

Borts HVAC & Electrical is looking for a Working HVAC Installation Field Supervisor / Lead Installer to lead our installation crews.

We’re looking for someone with at least 10 years of installation experience who knows how a job should be done, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can lead a crew by example.

This is not an office supervisor position. You’ll be in the field working with our installers, helping keep jobs moving, solving problems and making sure every installation meets our standards.

What You'll Do

- Lead and work alongside our HVAC installation crews
- Oversee furnace, AC, heat pump and ductless installations
- Hydronics and boiler installation experience
- Plan jobs and make sure crews have what they need
- Solve installation and technical issues in the field
- Inspect jobs and maintain a high standard of workmanship
- Ensure proper equipment startup and commissioning
- Train and mentor installers and apprentices
- Help improve installation procedures and efficiency
- Communicate with customers and management
- Take ownership of installation quality from start to finish

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years HVAC installation experience
- Strong residential HVAC installation background
- Someone who can lead a crew and still isn't afraid to pick up the tools




- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of proper installation practices
- High standards for workmanship and jobsite cleanliness
- Valid driver's license with clean driver's abstract
- Gas Technician license an asset
- 313A or D a solid asset
- Leadership experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

- Gas G2 (preferred)
