Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- At least 10 years of relevant estimating experience
- Expertise in hydropower and water infrastructure
- Familiarity with InEight or similar estimating platforms
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities
