Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Ice Cream Scoopers to join our team! As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream treats. Your primary responsibilities will include scooping ice cream, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Duties

- Scoop and serve ice cream in various sizes and flavors according to customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by regularly sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure productive service during peak hours.




- Help with restocking supplies and managing inventory as needed.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety standards / practices and a food handler is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

Weekend and the majority of the summer long weekend availability is a must! $18/hr plus tips
