Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing ICF systems that form the structural and insulating components of buildings. Your expertise will contribute to creating energy-efficient, durable, and sustainable structures.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of ICF systems.
- Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, framing, and ensuring safety protocols are in place.
- Install ICF blocks or panels using hand tools such as saws, drills, levels, and trowels with precision.
- Secure forms with fasteners, braces, and supports to ensure proper alignment during concrete pouring.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.




- Conduct quality checks on installed forms and make adjustments for proper fit and finish.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with familiarity in using hand tools effectively.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to ICF installation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Solid understanding of safety procedures on construction sites and adherence to OSHA standards.
- MUST have your own transportation.
