About the Role

Insight Global is seeking an Implementation Consultant - Payroll to support one of our leading HCM clients on a 9-month contract. In this role, you will work closely with project teams and enterprise clients to implement and configure the Dayforce Payroll module for large-scale deployments.

The successful candidate will participate throughout the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, validation, client training, and change management activities.

Pay Rate: $65.00-$75.00/hour

Employment Type: Contract (9 Months)

Location: Remote anywhere in Canada

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EDT

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement the Dayforce Payroll module for enterprise clients.
- Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct system testing, validation,



and troubleshooting activities.
- Develop detailed test cases, documentation, and implementation materials.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand business requirements.
- Deliver training sessions and support change management initiatives.
- Work alongside project stakeholders to ensure successful system deployment.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience implementing and configuring the Dayforce Payroll module.
- Hands-on configuration experience within Dayforce.
- Solid client-facing communication skills.
- Excellent documentation and written communication abilities.
- Experience supporting testing and validation activities.
- Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), HR Core, Benefits, or Payroll modules is highly preferred.

- Previous support or QA/testing experience within HCM implementations
