You will work on enhancing and maintaining a complex ITSM framework focusing on CMDB capabilities and systems integration. Engage with application managers and technical teams to ensure effective service management modernization and operational support of classified environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure IFS Assyst solutions for performance
- Develop technical documentation and interface specs
- Manage software release processes and testing
- Analyze business requirements for ITSM enhancements
- Support data migration and optimization initiatives Requirements:
- At least five years as an Implementation / Integration Specialist
- Proficient in designing IFS Assyst solutions
- Must hold a Government of Canada SECRET security clearance
- Experience in large-scale ITSM environments
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and systems analysis Drive innovation in the defense sector while enhancing ITSM platforms.
