Taylor Insulation Services is looking for a hands-on, safety-focused Foreman who can lead a crew, coordinate daily work, and set the standard for quality and professionalism on site.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for keeping your crew safe, productive, and on track while ensuring quality work is completed to project specifications.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Lead and supervise a crew of Insulators on industrial projects
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and job requirements
- Install industrial insulation and metal cladding on piping, vessels, tanks, and equipment
- Assign work and provide direction to crew members
- Monitor productivity, quality, and job progress
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available when needed
- Complete daily paperwork, timekeeping, and job documentation
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and other trades
- Identify and address potential safety hazards
- Ensure all company and site safety policies are followed
- Train, coach, and mentor less experienced crew members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and skilled worksite





WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who is a leader first and a tradesperson second — someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and lead by example.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3+ years of industrial insulation experience
- Previous Foreman or Lead Hand experience
- Strong knowledge of industrial insulation and metal cladding
- Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Excellent work ethic and reliability
- Ability to manage and motivate a crew
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel when required

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
- H2S Alive
- Standard First Aid
- CSTS-09
- Fall Arrest
