This position calls for a seasoned engineering qualified with a minimum of five years in infrastructure and complex industrial projects, particularly within aerospace or heavy industries.

You will translate program requirements into actionable engineering scopes and manage third-party firms to ensure timely and quality outcomes. Your decision-making will be critical in transforming designs into fully operational infrastructures crucial for national launch capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the integrated schedule and budget across design and construction
- Establish change-control processes for engineering and procurement




- Ensure third-party firms meet schedules and quality standards
- Develop specifications for major equipment procurement
- Oversee commissioning plans and functionality testing Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in industrial projects
- Strong foundation in engineering principles and multidisciplinary design
- Experience in managing external engineering firms
- Comfortable with procurement workflows and commissioning
- P.Eng status or eligibility in Ontario is a plus Drive infrastructure innovation for rocket testing facilities and contribute to Canada’s aerospace ambitions.
