We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with a company that values integrity, accountability, and teamwork.

About the Role

This position is customer-facing and relationship-driven, while working closely with our Purchasing team to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and timely fulfillment. You will play a critical role in revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- 2+ years of inside sales experience (safety industry experience is an asset)
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service experience (phone and email)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach
- High level of integrity and accountability

What You’ll Do




- Manage full-cycle customer service (quotes, orders, follow-ups)
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Generate and follow up on quotations
- Coordinate with Purchasing to confirm pricing, stock, and lead times
- Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives
- Maintain CRM accuracy and sales records
- Collaborate with Purchasing to resolve supply or pricing issues
- Assist with internal reporting and customer analytics
- Other duties as required
