Tahini’s is a fast‑growing Mediterranean restaurant brand that focuses on fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for motivated, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our in‑store team.

Position Overview

As an In‑Store Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent food and service to our guests. This is an entry‑level role ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a rapid‑paced team environment. Experienced individuals in food industry are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Prepare food items according to Tahini’s recipes and quality standards
- Take customer orders accurately at the counter or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and restocking supplies
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Prepare shawarma wraps according to Tahini’s recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
- Warm and handle pita/flatbread correctly to ensure consistency and quality
- Assemble wraps with proper ingredient sequencing (protein, sauces, vegetables, toppings)




- Ensure correct portion sizes to maintain food quality, taste consistency, and cost control
- Safely handle and serve shawarma proteins following food safety and temperature guidelines
- Customize wraps based on customer preferences, dietary needs, or allergens
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shawarma prep station at all times
- Restock ingredients and notify supervisors when supplies are running low
- Work efficiently during peak hours to meet service time standards without compromising quality
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods

Qualifications & Skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset (not required)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
