The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing clients in all of their personal insurance needs, including home and travel but not limited to ICBC, Private Auto and replacement insurance. This is a full-time regular position.

Administer a personal insurance book of business Selling ICBC and private automobile coverage Front line underwriting as well as writing new home, travel and umbrella policies while cross selling other products Provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry Setting and adhering to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan,



Private Auto Sales production Interpreting and ensuring that insurer and BC Insurance Council rules and regulations are followed Ensuring control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and funds Handling any customer complaints appropriately Level 2 General Insurance License ~2 years+ in personal insurance experience preferred ~ Exceptional client service abilities ~ You work with URGENCY while providing a high level of PROFESSIONAL SERVICE towards our customers, communities, & colleagues.
