Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist clients with policy questions, coverage options, claims processing, and account updates.
- Promote insurance products by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions to enhance their coverage.
- Conduct telemarketing outreach to potential clients, leveraging analysis skills to identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions using sales administration tools.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop marketing strategies that increase client engagement.




- Support bilingual customers by providing services in Spanish or other multilingual capabilities to broaden outreach.

Experience

- Proven experience in customer service roles within the insurance industry or related fields such as retail sales or telemarketing.
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a broader customer base.
- Familiarity with sales processes, including outside sales techniques and sales administration practices.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a virtual workplace.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales roles that required analysis skills and customer engagement is a plus.
