We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Insurance Solutions Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, explain available insurance and benefit options, and help them make informed decisions about their coverage.

You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while building your product knowledge, client communication skills, and professional experience. Responsibilities

- Meet virtually with clients who are seeking information about insurance and benefit options.
- Ask questions to understand each client's circumstances, priorities, and coverage needs.
- Explain life insurance, accident coverage, and supplemental insurance products.
- Present available options in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Assist clients through the application process and ensure information is completed accurately.
- Maintain organized client records and follow up with clients as needed.
- Provide ongoing support and professional service throughout the client experience.




- Participate in regular training and coaching to strengthen product knowledge and client service skills.
- Stay informed about product offerings, licensing requirements, and industry guidelines.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and video.
- Coachable and receptive to feedback, training, and continuous learning.
- Organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable learning and using online systems and digital tools.
- Able to work independently while remaining connected with a remote team.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, insurance, or financial services is an asset but not required.
- Willingness and ability to obtain the required provincial insurance license.
