Responsibilities

- Greet and assist clients with their initial intake procedures in a friendly, professional manner
- Collect and verify accurate personal, insurance, and medical information using electronic case management system
- Review documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy of client records
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding required documentation, next steps, and appointment details
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information in compliance with privacy regulations




- Support office operations by managing incoming calls, updating records, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact empathetically with clients and team members
- Prior experience working in a healthcare environment is highly preferred
- Proficiency with electronic case management systems for data entry and retrieval
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy office setting
- Previous office experience that demonstrates professionalism and attention to detail
