We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager – Enterprise Integration Architect to lead the architecture, development, deployment, and support of integrations across a global SaaS-first technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and deliver end-to-end integrations across

NetSuite, Salesforce, OneStream, Luminance

, SaaS applications, data platforms, and partner systems.

- Build and maintain

REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, SFTP/file-based and event-driven integrations

.

- Develop mappings, transformations, workflows, error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, and reusable integration services.

- Lead integration projects from requirements and design through

SIT/UAT, deployment, and production support

.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve reliability and scalability.

- Establish standards for

API design, security, logging,



testing, deployment, and documentation

.

- Provide technical leadership to internal developers and external implementation partners.

- Support vendor management, release/change management, SOX/audit requirements, and integration roadmap planning.

Must Have

- 10+ years of hands-on enterprise integration/API/middleware experience.

- Robust expertise in

REST, SOAP, JSON/XML, SFTP, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, transformations, and error handling

.

- Hands-on experience with an iPaaS/middleware platform such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, or Azure Integration Services.

- Strong SaaS/cloud integration and production-support experience.
