Intermediate ERP Application Consultant

Rhodium Digital is seeking an experienced Intermediate ERP Application Consultant with strong functional ERP capabilities and experience with working with Deltek Vantagepoint. This role supports the delivery of ERP implementations, enhancements, and ongoing application optimization across clients in North America and the United Kingdom.

We are looking for a collaborative, analytical, and client-focused professional who understands how ERP systems support business operations and can translate business requirements into practical system solutions.

The ideal candidate combines ERP application knowledge with strong problem-solving, communication, documentation and business analysis skills. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants while progressively taking ownership of functional workstreams and client deliverables.

Role Summary The Intermediate ERP Application Consultant will support Deltek Vantagepoint implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives across areas including Finance, CRM, HRIS, Resource Planning, Project Accounting, Operations, reporting, integrations, and business process improvement.

This role will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, configure and support ERP functionality, troubleshoot issues, participate in testing and deployment activities, and help clients maximize the value of their ERP environment.

The consultant will work within Rhodium Digital’s PLATINUM methodology, contributing to structured, consistent, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Application Consulting

- Support full lifecycle Deltek Vantagepoint implementations and enhancement projects.

Business Analysis and Process Improvement
- Work with clients to document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications and supporting documentation.
- Assist with process mapping, workflow design, and solution recommendations.
- Help clients understand the impact of proposed system changes on their operations.

Testing and Implementation
- Develop and execute test scenarios and test scripts.
- Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Assist with defect identification,



documentation, prioritization, and resolution.
- Support data validation and migration activities.
- Participate in cutover planning and go-live preparation.
- Provide post-go-live support and help stabilize client environments.

Client Collaboration
- Build productive working relationships with client stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and working sessions.
- Communicate system functionality and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide user guidance and support during implementation and adoption activities.
- Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies appropriately to senior consultants or project leadership.

Documentation and Knowledge Management
- Maintain accurate project and application documentation.
- Develop user guides, process documentation, configuration documentation, and training materials as required.
- Contribute to Rhodium Digital's consulting knowledge base and reusable implementation assets.
- Share lessons learned and best practices with the consulting team.

Practice Development
- Contribute to the continued evolution of Rhodium Digital's consulting methodologies, templates, and best practices.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and professional development initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement of ERP implementation and application support practices.
- Participate in discovery sessions, requirements gathering, business process reviews, configuration, testing, training readiness, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Develop a strong understanding of client business processes and translate requirements into ERP solutions.
- Configure application functionality in accordance with approved business requirements and solution designs.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through ERP functionality, automation, and system optimization.
- Provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting for assigned functional areas.

QualificationsRequired




- 3–5 years of experience working with ERP applications, business applications, business analysis, or technology consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
- Strong understanding of project governance, scheduling, risk management, scope control, and structured delivery methodologies.
- Experience coordinating with organizational change management teams and identifying change readiness considerations.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead complex multi-workstream enterprise initiatives with professionalism and accountability.

Preferred
- Experience in professional services, engineering, environmental consulting, architecture, or other project-based organizations.
- Experience with Project Accounting, Finance, Resource Planning, CRM, HRIS, or Operations applications.
- Familiarity with adjacent business platforms and integrations including Workato, UKG, Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, CRM systems, and enterprise reporting environments.
- Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, workflows, or automation.
- Previous consulting experience within enterprise software or digital transformation environments.
- Relevant ERP, business analysis, or technology certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
