IMMEDIATE INTERIM PROSPECT

Interim Program Manager – Security

Duration: 12-18 Months

Location: Remote/Hybrid – occasional travel A mid-sized Fintech is seeking an Interim Program Manager to own and deliver their Cyber Resilience Maturity Plan. This is a high-profile initiative internally and throughout industry. The core task for this position is to ensure each initiative achieves its desired outcomes on time and that the organization successfully hits its cyber maturity target within the timeframe of the program.

Key Accountabilities:

- Own the budget, project plan, and all oversight of all deliverables for the program to ensure it is delivered on time.
- Manage all stakeholder groups within Technology, Risk, Enterprise Architecture, and external vendors.
- Regular updates to all stakeholder groups.

Competencies and Requirements:

- Significant project management experience, having delivered programs of $10+ million.
- Deep knowledge of Cybersecurity.
- Cross-functional leadership – able to galvanize the efforts of a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic timeline and budget management for large programs.
