To drive our growth and launch our new event catalog, we are looking for our future Internal Event Promoter. Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset, a hunger for results, and the drive to build projects from scratch? This is your chance.

Your Playground (Your Missions)

You will be the conductor from A to Z. Reporting directly to the President, you will manage the entire production and commercialization lifecycle:

- Concept & Programming: Imagine next-level event concepts that will thrill Quebec and build production schedules.
- Field Negotiation: Find and book the best venues (concert halls, theaters, hotels). Negotiate optimal terms.
- Artist Relations: Recruit talent, handle contract signings, and manage their VIP hosting (transport, lodging, technical riders).
- Marketing Hacker: Launch and optimize digital ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok) and physical promotion to pack the venues.
- Growth & Ticketing: Set up online ticketing platforms, analyze sales data, and tweak pricing strategies to hit that sold-out status.
- Partnership Hunter: Seek out sponsorships and financial grants to maximize profitability.
- Event Day: Orchestrate general on-site logistics to ensure the audience enjoys a flawless experience.

- Essential Bilingualism: Perfectly fluent in French and English (both written and spoken) to negotiate effectively with local and international artists and partners.
- Intrapreneurial Mindset: You don't wait for instructions. You are autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Key Skills: Strong mastery of digital performance marketing and commercial negotiation skills.
- Network: Ideally, you already have a foot in Quebec's cultural or event scene.
- Rigor: A start-up spirit still requires structure. You track your budgets and timesheets with high precision.
- Mobility: Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle to travel to our events and pre-production meetings.

The Perks

- Total Freedom: Work from anywhere. The position is primarily remote, and you manage your own schedule.
- No Cap (Uncapped Earnings): Earn 25% of the net profit of every event you produce. The more successful the event, the higher the payout.
- Safety Net: A responsible start-up first. We apply a legal guarantee: if your commissions fall below the general minimum wage ($16.60 / hr) for actual hours worked, we compensate the difference.
- Career Growth: Our goal is a stabilized pipeline. As soon as financial results permit, we will sit down to transition you to a fixed annual salary + performance bonuses.
- Zero Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Complete reimbursement for professional advances (ad budgets, venue deposits, artist advances) and business travel mileage paid according to Revenu Québec's premium rates ($0.73 / km).
- Vacations: 2 weeks of paid vacation per year (4% of your total gross income).
