[Pay Range: Starting from CAD $50,000 annually + Annual Bonus Employment Type: Full-Time Warehouse & Fulfillment Execution Serve as the primary liaison with third-party / co-managed warehouses , overseeing daily inbound, outbound, transfer,
and return operations.
Track and resolve order exceptions (short shipments, mis-shipments, missed shipments, delays), driving timely resolution and full closure with warehouse partners. Inventory & Data Management Monitor warehouse inventory data to ensure system inventory aligns with physical inventory . Conduct regular inventory reconciliations (system vs.
Proactively identify and flag inventory risks, including stockouts, excess inventory, and aging/near-expiry stock . Manage and resolve warehouse-related exceptions such as loss, damage, mis-shipments, and delivery delays . Support claims, replacements, reshipments, and corrective action processes as needed.
Perform root-cause analysis and work with warehouse partners to improve operational processes and prevent recurrence. Act as the single point of contact between the company and warehouse partners. Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, procurement, and other internal teams to ensure end-to-end fulfillment efficiency.
Ensure warehouse operations comply with SOPs and proactively recommend process improvements when gaps are identified. Participate in the development and continuous improvement of inbound, outbound, and returns SOPs . Prepare and maintain basic operations reports (inbound/outbound volume, inventory turnover, exception rates, etc.).
Assist in evaluating warehouse partner performance, including service levels, timeliness, and error rates .
