Elevate RLG's IT capabilities as their next IT Manager, based in Vancouver, BC. Spearhead the transition to cloud infrastructure and lead a skilled IT team towards excellence. Reporting to the CFO, this full-time role is pivotal in shaping RLG's IT strategy and governance.

You will be responsible for directing infrastructure design, overseeing cloud migration, and managing security policies, all while coordinating a managed service provider for infrastructure needs. Your proactive approach will bring much-needed order to a quick-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Own infrastructure and identity architecture decisions
- Drive cloud migration and technical strategy development
- Establish security governance and incident management
- Handle IT vendor relations and budget oversight
- Administer Microsoft 365 and SharePoint governance tools Requirements:
- 7+ years in IT leadership roles
- 2+ years overseeing vendors and budgets
