Position: Ivalua Configurator

Job Summary:

The Ivalua Configurator will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and optimization of the Ivalua platform. This hands-on role focuses on translating business requirements into Ivalua configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize the Ivalua platform according to requirements.
- Collaborate with team members/internal clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain configuration documentation, test scripts.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise on best practices for using the Ivalua platform.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the Ivalua platform is operating effectively.
- Assist with data migration and integration tasks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.




- Minimum of 4 years [TK1.1]of experience in configuring and managing the Ivalua platform.
- Ivalua L1 Fundamental Configuration Certification.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL (writing and optimizing queries), ETL processes and database management.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders across different geographic locations.
- Knowledge about procurement processes and procurement software solutions.

Preferred Skills:

- Ivalua L2 & above configuration certifications.
- Experience with AI Chatbot skill configurations.
