Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. This vital role involves performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure that all areas are hygienic, organized, and well-maintained. Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across all designated areas.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties such as disinfecting restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to uphold health standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, walls, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs needed or safety hazards observed during cleaning rounds.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and used efficiently to support ongoing sanitation efforts.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.




- Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as scheduled or required.
- Assist donation program and furniture delivery program.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within commercial or institutional settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and facilities maintenance practices.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders if necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
