Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to build and enhance APIs and microservices for a Money Movement Services platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures, with a passion for developing scalable and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and microservices using Java Spring Boot.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions for money movement services.
- Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka streaming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and reliable applications.




- Optimize database interactions and ensure application performance.

Required Experience & Skills

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP/OCP principles).
- Proficiency in SQL and database design.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka or other streaming platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
- Knowledge of Money Movement, Payments, and Payment Rails ecosystems.
- Familiarity with high-volume transaction processing systems.
