What You’ll Do The Junior Project Manager – Construction is an entry-level role designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in project management and renewable energy. Working closely with senior project leaders and cross-functional teams, the Junior Project Manager will support project coordination, scheduling, documentation, stakeholder communication, and site activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to renewable energy project delivery while helping ensure projects progress efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Scheduling

- Support the coordination of project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Assist project leaders in monitoring activities to help keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Follow up on outstanding project items and communicate updates to appropriate team members.

Construction & Site Support

- Support day-to-day coordination of construction-related project activities.
- Assist with site activities as required.
- Help coordinate information and documentation between project and site teams.
- Support effective project handoffs and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

- Communicate with internal teams and external project stakeholders.
- Assist with coordinating information, updates, and project requirements across teams.
- Maintain explicit and timely communication to support project execution.




- Work collaboratively with senior project leaders and other team members to address project needs and operational issues.

Documentation & Project Support

- Maintain organized and accurate project records and documentation.
- Assist with tracking project activities, action items, and deliverables.
- Provide general project coordination and administrative support as required throughout the project lifecycle.

Who You Are

- Recent graduate or early-career professional with an interest in project management, construction, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Education in Project Management, Construction, or a related discipline is an asset.
- Previous exposure to the construction industry through employment, internships, co op placements, education, or other relevant experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team.
- Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
- Willing and able to travel as required.
- Interest in developing a career in the renewable energy sector.
