Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our renovation and construction division in Renyx Group Inc. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in residential or commercial renovation sales, construction materials sales, or home‑improvement services. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, conducting site visits, and closing renovation projects across the GTA.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through cold calling, door‑to‑door outreach, networking, and digital lead follow‑ups

Conduct on‑site assessments with homeowners and property managers

Present renovation solutions, estimates, and service packages

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow‑up documentation

Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors

Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline

Represent the company professionally during client meetings and trade events.

Education & Experience

1–2 years of experience in renovation, construction, home‑improvement, or building‑materials sales

Experience conducting site visits, quoting jobs, or selling service‑based construction solutions

Understanding of residential renovation processes (bathrooms, kitchens, basements, flooring, painting, etc.)

Familiarity with Ontario Building Code basics (asset, not mandatory)

Experience working with homeowners,



property managers, or commercial clients.

Licensing & Transportation

- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle for client visits across GTA
- Clean driving record (commonly required in similar postings)

Technical & Sales Skills

- Ability to read basic floor plans, measurements, and scopes of work
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Jobber, or similar)
- Proficiency in email communication, MS Office, and mobile apps
- Ability to prepare quotes and explain renovation timelines

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid customer‑service mindset
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and conduct during client visits
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales

Physical Requirements

- Ability to walk through active job sites
- Comfortable climbing stairs, inspecting basements, and assessing renovation areas

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary + commission structure
- Annual earning potential: $35,000 – $75,000
- Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance (common in GTA postings)
- Performance bonuses

Pay: $35,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
