Kitchen Cook – Full-Time

We are currently hiring 2 Full-Time Kitchen Cooks to join our busy sports bar & restaurant!

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and experienced cooks who are comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, maintains a clean and organized workstation, and takes pride in preparing quality food consistently.

Position Details

- Position: Kitchen Cook
- Positions Available: 2 Full-Time
- Hours: Full time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pay: $17.60 - $19.60
- Experience: Previous commercial kitchen/restaurant cooking experience required

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards and recipes
- Work efficiently during busy periods and maintain consistent food quality
- Set up and stock the kitchen before service
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Properly store and handle food and ingredients
- Monitor food quality and portion sizes
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties




- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service

Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a cook in a restaurant or commercial kitchen required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy service
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
- Food Handler Certification required
