We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant/Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen and cleaning tasks to ensure smooth operations and a clean environment.
Duties
- Assist in heavy lifting of kitchen supplies and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to kitchen staff
- Support custodial duties to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks promptly
- Utilize power tools for maintenance tasks
- Assist in facilities maintenance as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Handle hand tools for various kitchen-related activities
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks as required
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable but not mandatory
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen setting
Qualifications -Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle during working hours
Schedule
- Primarily weekends with some week day availability
